Duration:
1 Hour, 3 Minutes
We dedicated this Healing Yoga session to enhancing the mobility and vitality of your entire body.
This class focuses on joint rotations and other joint strengthening exercises, 'Spinal Cord Breathing', balance enhancement, stretching, and grounding movements like the 'Growing Tree' exercise, all to prepares us for a dynamic conclusion with two key mobility sequences.
1. The Reverse Tabletop Twist sequence: improves spinal flexibility, strengthens the arms, shoulders, and core muscles, while enhancing coordination and balance.
2. The Flowing Kneel-to-Sit-to-Knees-to-Side Sequence: promotes hip-knee-ankle flexibility, strengthens the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, enhancing overall lower body mobility and proprioception.
Throughout this session, we invite you to explore and deepen your connection with your body, fostering a harmonious balance of strength and flexibility.
The mobility sequences are guided for different levels, with modification suggestions to ensure safety and accommodate individual needs.
It's important that all participants, especially those with lower levels of mobility, practice with caution and focus on gradual improvement of mobility and strength. These sequences are designed not to strain the body, but to be practiced in a progressive manner that supports long-term health and well-being.
Join us in this transformative practice to cultivate resilience, restore vitality, playfulness and nurture a profound sense of well-being
