This Healing Yoga class begins with a 10-minute core activation warm-up using Belly Button Healing. This practice not only activates the core but also highlights the crucial role our gut plays in overall health.
Core Activation Warm-Up with Belly Button Healing
Purpose: To stimulate the core muscles and enhance gut health, which is vital for overall well-being.
Process: We use gentle yet effective techniques to massage and stimulate the belly button area, promoting better digestion and energy flow.

In response to our participants' requests, this class focuses on releasing tension and opening up the lower back. We incorporate a variety of exercises targeting the lower body, using both standing and floor sitting positions. These exercises help our bodies release tension from the hips, pelvis, thighs, legs, ankles, waist, and spine.
By focusing on these key areas, our Healing Yoga class not only alleviates lower back discomfort but also enhances overall flexibility and strength. This holistic approach ensures that participants leave the session feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and more connected to their bodies.
