Start your day with a stretch, a smile, and zero effort to leave the comfort of your bed. This class is designed to be done while you’re still cozy in bed or from the floor if you prefer a bit more space.

We kicked things off with a gentle self-massage and some easy stretches, followed by joint rotations, body tapping, and chest-opening clapping exercises that got your upper body saying “Good morning!”

We also gave your digestive system a wake-up call with abdominal exercises, ensuring your back, spine, and core were ready to take on the day.

Modifications were offered so you could adjust the workout to match your morning mood.

Our live participants loved the idea of starting their day with a great workout without ever having to leave their cozy spot. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a lazy morning and still feel like you’ve accomplished something!
