In this Healing Yoga session, our LIVE participants experienced significant improvements in their well-being, even clearing unexpected issues like sinus congestion and easing symptoms of a pink eye infection.

The class engaged the whole body in a series of stretches, rotations, shaking, and movements designed to open and energize different areas. We added fun coordination exercises, tapping, breath awareness, and balancing to enhance the experience, alongside activating energy between our hands.

We incorporated legs shaking and toe tapping exercises, which not only helped to release tension and stress but also promoted better circulation and grounding. The session concluded with a deeper relaxation achieved through a body scan, and sensing our energy flow within our bodies after seated and lying down leg shaking and toe tapping.

We wrapped up the class by acknowledging the positive changes we experienced and sharing insights from our LIVE participants.
