Next, we flow through a sequence of poses: a forward bend with palms on the floor, a prayer pose with arms overhead, and a balance posture with lifted heels. Repeating these sequences enhances strength, flexibility, and focus. We then move into balancing postures to improve stability and coordination, fostering a deep sense of alignment and connection.

The focus shifts to the lower body with hip-opening lunges, wide-legged forward bends, and seated stretches. These movements target knee mobility, hips, thighs, and lower back, promoting release and strength.
