This session begins with a centering exercise and 2nd chakra activation, setting our intention for the journey ahead and helping us release tension from body and mind. A 20-minute self-paced Bowing Meditation is followed by opening floor exercises, leading into seated meditation where we focus on a deeper connection with the breath cycle of inhale-pause-exhale-pause.
