This class combines a variety of chair and floor exercises to improve mobility and circulation while increasing body temperature for stronger immunity, all while releasing tension in the body and mind from the comfort of seated or lying down positions, providing a very effective workout.

We include tapping on the K1 (Kidney 1 acupressure point) with a self-healing massage from feet up to the hips and conclude this wonderful session with mindful breathing postures that promote the relaxation of internal organs, including the lungs, stomach, and liver, along with core activation through belly breathing with legs up, leading into full-body relaxation.
