This class is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your child and to help foster confidence and community, getting back out into the world with your little one in tow.
Breath led movements build functional core strength.
General advice is to begin from 6 weeks natural birth and 10 weeks post caesarean.
Classes are suitable for babies up until crawling.

A mat, blanket, block and bolster are provided or BYO if you prefer your own.

We will incorporate slow mindful movements, pranayama (breathwork), and restorative poses. This therapeutic class is open to all abilities. Particularly beneficial for those recovering from illness, experiencing stress/ anxiety. Reset the nervous system and encourage the body back to its natural healing state.
