This class is designed to help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your child and foster confidence and community, in a supportive group environment.
Time is taken to learn good breathing habits, building functional core strength. Breath led movements and relaxation practices help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
General advice is to begin from 6 weeks natural birth and 10 weeks post caesarean. Best suited for babies up until crawling.

Learn the basics in this 6-week beginner's course. You will learn key poses, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Whether you're returning to yoga after a long break or just starting out, this is the perfect place to begin.

This class will include restorative poses, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation. Restorative poses are held for 3-5 minutes, with props placed to allow the body to experience a gentle unfolding. The breath is used as a tool to bring prana/ lifeforce/ energy, to areas of the body through intention. We will finish with Yoga Nidra to bring deep relaxation to body and mind.
