More than teaching yoga, my studies and client based experiences have led me to integrates therapeutic yoga practices with evidence-based body coaching techniques; to provide an client centered path to physical and mental well-being.
My intention and direction is to empower you to release tension, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body. You will find my classes and private yoga therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment in which to build resilience and agency over your own wellbeing journey.
