5 week therapeutic yoga for pain, injury and stress.
Each week we explore: centering with breath, gentle somatic movement
for shoulders, spine, hips, knees, feet, awareness and connection between body and mind to reduce tension and anxiety around pain and
guided meditation for relaxation.
This class is unique in that everyone in the class can be practicing different variations on the same posture or sequence to suit your individual needs. Cultivate body awareness, improve range of motion, build stability, balance and inner strength. We may use props such as chairs, blocks and bolsters to support you to experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
