Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga to supports and empower individuals toward a greater state of mental and physical health through the practices of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
Personalised, one on one, Yoga Therapy Consultations
If you are feeling out of balance, physically, mentally, or energetically, yoga therapy may be a useful modality for you to bring you back into a state of homeostasis and wellbeing.
* Yoga therapists work along side existing allied health practitioners, treatments and medications.

Yoga Therapy sessions are 1 on 1 and after a holistic assessment, we create a specific program designed just for you.
Options are:
3 session package – 90 mins Introductory Consultation + 2 x 60 min follow up, with weekly check in
Follow on sessions – 3 pack or single. 60 min
Each session is tailored to your unique requirements and may include specific Yoga Therapy sequences to help you: -
- establish or deepen your yoga practice
- overcome limitations within your practice
- overcome injury or illness or target a particular health concern
- return to your practice after an absence from your mat
