I’m Maria, a fully qualified Yoga, Meditation, Menopause Yoga, and Teen Yoga teacher in West Bridgford, Nottingham. I also teach Yoga combined with Qigong.

I specialise in Menopause Yoga, as a Certified Menopause Yoga teacher, and run Menopause Yoga and Wellbeing classes and courses in my community.

I help women at midlife to thrive, to have a more positive menopause experience and a healthier and happier 2nd half of life.

I teach gentle, mindful flow, with an emphasis on fully appreciating what our bodies can do, when we practice with awareness and acceptance. My classes help build mobility, stability, strength and opening in the body. Some classes are a little more energising than others, and many are suitable for beginners or those with just a little experience.
All classes aim to help you create a sense of calm and a sense of balance in your life.

- Private lessons on Zoom or in person at my home yoga room.
- Menopause Yoga courses in West Bridgford
- Seasonal Day-Retreats in a nearby rural setting
- Qigong and Restorative Yoga Workshops in West Bridgford
