Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice, that brings harmony to body and mind and deepens our sense of connection to the seasons and the natural world.
You will experience a blend of movement, breathing, meditation, visualisation, intention, and reflection.
This is a winter-themed workshop, focusing on the organs and meridians associated with winter and the water element – the kidneys and the bladder.
It’s a perfect practice to support you during the winter months, and prepare you for spring.
This workshop will offer the use of essential oils, supportive of the organs and meridian networks of winter, in combination with acupressure points.
This is a perfect introduction to Qigong, and no previous experience is needed.
