Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice, that brings harmony to body and mind and deepens our sense of connection to the seasons and the natural world.
You will experience a blend of movement, breathing, meditation, visualisation, intention, and reflection.
This is a spring-themed workshop, focusing on the organs and meridians associated with spring and the wood element – the liver and the gall bladder.
This workshop will offer the use of essential oils, supportive of the organs and meridian networks of spring, in combination with acupressure points.
It’s a perfect practice to support you in approaching the new beginnings of spring with stability and a sense of optimism.
This is a perfect introduction to Qigong, and no previous experience is needed.
