One of my favourite Sanskrit words is “Lila,” meaning divine play. There’s something incredibly humbling about finding joy inside of us, a sense of play that is so freeing. I encourage this intuative concept throughout my classes and retreats as a pathway to freedom, self-discovery, and awakened consciousness.

With a passion lies in fostering connection and helping others move better and feel better. I cherish the beautiful amalgamation of mindfulness through the physical, aiming to create an entire experience of ‘mindfulness through movement.’ In my classes, I value and understand the importance of finding space and reconnection in life. My classes are strategically sequenced to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue, helping students move more freely and live a more joyfully.

Music plays an invaluable part in my life, adding an additional dynamic of sound to each class. Every practice is curated in a space that harmonizes with both sound and silence, creating a balanced and immersive experience. Whether guiding a serene breathwork session or leading a dynamic yoga practice, my aim is to help others discover the joy and liberation that lie within.

My professional development & study re main a constant pursuit, driven by my curiosity and desire for deeper understanding of breath centred mindfulness through movement. I have worked with and been inspired by some amazing people that have enlightened my journey, and I am dedicated to sharing these insights with my students to enhance their wellbeing and overall quality of life.
