A wonderful practice for an evening wind down.
Enjoying some deep supported releasing stretches to encourage your body to let go of your day and held tension, and settle into your evening.
Plenty of shoulder openers, spinal care and hip releases and finishes in a supported bridge and pontoon to take the weight out of your lower back and feel the spaciousness through the front of your body.
Resilience is your strength of being able to let go of the busyness of your day so you can surrender into the present moment as a way of reconnecting back to yourself.
