We have 6 weekly classes in this term from January 6th - February 17th, please note that there is no class on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd February.
Join me for this in person class 75 minute Yoga class. Please can you bring your yoga mat, a blanket and something to sit on (cushion or extra blanket).

Venue:
Classes are at Áras Chrónáin in the Hall, this is to the side through a gate at the right hand side of the main house. see www.araschronain.ie for more details.

If possible, please arrive a few minutes early to allow some time to settle in.
