This 60min class supports a deeper connection and a regular check in with yourself.
Your whole system benefits from the different relaxation techniques.
The short and intensive sequences are easy to follow and well suited for neurodivergent people.
Sequence of events:
Welcome
Breath Work and Body Scan to connect with yourself
Meditation to release and recharge
Progressive Relaxation and Autogenic Training relaxing your body and calming your mind.
Closing
These techniques are used in different therapies and can have an impact on your whole autonomic nervous system to release anxiety, stress and tension.
Minimum participation: 4
Maximum participants: 10
Please arrive 10-5 min before we start. We turn off the bell when the session starts. This provides a calm flow without disturbing the participants. Let's respect each others time and moment of mindfulness. Thank you and enjoy your class.
