Practice with me or set your timer for 60 seconds to sit. The invitation is to follow your breath, paying attention to the way your body moves as you breathe in and out. Don't panic if your mind is active, that is perfectly normal. The more often you practice mindfully taking your mind's attention back to the breath, the quieter your mind will become during the practice.
