The breath is a powerful tool that you can use to defuse stress and anxiety. In this longer practice, you are invited to practice sending your breath into your lower belly, stimulating the relaxation of the body and mind. You also have the invitation to give your mind permission to stop thinking about the "to do list" and instead listen to your thoughts and the sound of my voice.
