Looking at a computer screen and your phone can take a toll on your neck and shoulders. Age and/or injury or illness could also impact the range of motion and comfort in your neck and shoulders.
The invitation in this practice is to use the power of your mind and breath combined with specific movements to encourage the neck and shoulder muscles to relax.
