Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

Nourish yourself with a unique yoga experience that combines the peaceful practice of Yin Yoga and restful Yoga Nidra meditation. The studio sanctuary will be bathed in candlelight for this magical journey into deep relaxation and tranquility.
Yin yoga postures offer a slow, grounded practice with deep stretching that will help you release tension, reduce stress, and find inner calm. While you surrender into each pose, the enchanting music will create a serene atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and come home to yourself. After 45 minutes we transition to yoga nidra (yogic sleep), where you will experience a state of blissful relaxation through guided meditation.
