Greg Nurnberg
Greg began practicing Insight Meditation in the late 1980’s and yoga in the early 2000’s finding that the breath and relaxation practices were especially helpful with managing stress and anxiety.
Drawn towards the Kripalu forms of meditation as they provide multiple paths to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness, he enrolled in the Meditation Teacher Training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. This program emphasizes an integrated practice of movement, breath work, relaxation, and meditation techniques within a framework of yogic philosophy and history.
Greg continued his meditation education and completed the 40 hour Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with world renowned Jennifer Reis at Kripalu.
Greg looks forward to sharing adaptable meditation techniques in an accessible community environment. His classes focus on connecting the body, mind, and breath with a goal of cultivating deeper focus and trusting insights that arise.
