Greg Nurnberg
Greg began practicing Insight Meditation in the late 1980’s and yoga in the early 2000’s finding that the breath and relaxation practices were especially helpful with managing stress and anxiety.
Drawn towards the Kripalu forms of meditation as they provide multiple paths to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness, he enrolled in the Meditation Teacher Training program at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
