Owner and certified RYT 500 instructor Jennifer Green is a retired USAF veteran, who served as a medic and later earned her nursing degree specializing in emergency medicine & trauma.
Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the education and development of neuroplasticy behind the yoga practice and the integration of these practices as an adjunct and complimentary practice to traditional medical, physical & mental health therapies. Her work is grounded in deep understanding of the neuroscience and biology of trauma and the impact of stress on the body and mind.

What we do best!! This is our signature class ~ we are big advocates for restorative practice here at DustOff. This divine practice is perfect for everyone and we believe is the key to helping us all discover more physical, mental and emotional freedom. Life can be chaotic! Sometimes you’ve got to slow everything way down…. When your life is racing full speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety. This mellow, slow moving practice uses a variety of props to fully support you. The longer holds give your body a chance to experience deeper relaxation. This is about allowing yourself to unfurl, unwind & untangle. The goal of this practice is to break through internal barriers, releasing the untapped energy residing within you and bring you higher self-awareness and ease. This practice may incorporate binaural sound therapeutics with guided meditation throughout the practice and with extra special touches like aromatherapy and heated or cooling eye pillows. You will leave feeling profound ease.
This amazing practice is effective for stress management, anxiety, chronic pain, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia and symptoms related to chronic illness or cancer…It’s also the perfect self-care practice. Come get comfortable & feel the benefits!
60 min class All levels *Note* As the nervous system relaxes and the heart rate slows the body temperature lowers and you may need additional layers to maintain comfort. Please dress comfortably and bring/wear socks for this practice.
