We grow, we learn and we play together! Movement is medicine to the body and I focus in my class on how we can attune our body through play, breath, stillness, joint articulation, coordination and movement games. Learn about yourself, your body language and your movements in relationship to others. I believe when we learn to play more in our lives we create more longevity in our body that allows us to enjoy life to the fullest.
Description
In this class you will become more aware of your:
- mind (thought),
- body (emotion), and
- breath (flow state or control).

How can we liberate our bodies through movement play?

Play is a key element to find liberation in my body. It is a mirror that reflects back to us how we treat ourselves and how much control we hold in our bodies in order to survive. We are primal beings with a primal nerve system and when we get stuck in stress, we put ourselves in survival mode. To find balance again we can change our state of stress through dance or play so our energy can flow again; to break free from our own limitations.

Curiosity is the remedy to step out of the stories we tell ourselves. It helps us to observe the current state we are in without judgment. And by asking the right question we can guide ourselves to a happier and safer place within ourselves. In this way of looking, you become the writer of your own story.

The body becomes the landscape, and during this class, we go on discovery through the body to find the right structure that stimulates health, softness, and strength.

Max's classes are in English and Nederlands.
