Breath is my life's force, my energy, my peace and my strength. Controlled Breathing classes is my own discovery of mindful training. This concept was born, when I was still doing my master in singing in Amsterdam. I found a way to do physical training and also warm up my vocal support muscles at the same time. Then I discovered how much more I liked to train using my breath as my guide. Today, I want to share my knowledge to everyone and show the importance and empowerment of breath in our body and for our mind.

Description

This workout is a new approach of mindfully working out, using the technique of
controlled breathing while exercising. This class is a combination of strength and resistance
training without weights. This class is great if you want to focus and learn more about technique
and execution of exercises.

Controlled breathing helps to bring balance into our Autonomic Nervous System as well as,
help you to reduce stress, improve sleep, bring more focus and energy, maximize performance,
improves cardiovascular system function and promotes better endurance.
