Through sound and voice I am able to access a realm of higher frequency, pure love, ancient wisdom and deep meditation and relaxation. Every sound journey for me is very special, because it brings me and others closer to the higher spiritual self.
Sound Journey is a practice about you showing up and taking time for yourself without any expectation towards yourself. And meditation is a good way to stop the rush of your thoughts and go deeper into ourselves.
