Breath is my life's force, my energy, my peace and my strength.
Controlled Breathing classes is my own discovery of mindful training. This concept was born,
when I was still doing my master in singing in Amsterdam. I found a way to do physical training
and also warm up my vocal support muscles at the same time. Then I discovered how much
more I liked to train using my breath as my guide. Today, I want to share my knowledge to
everyone and show the importance and empowerment of breath in our body and for our mind.
