Moving Closer to Handstands (to be done AFTER upper back mobility)

This class is meant for those who want to practise getting closer to or doing full handstands. It it meant to be done after the 28-min upper back mobility as the latter is a good preparation class. (message to self, don't film after you've done your own practice or you'll be tired out LOL!)
