Description
This Pilates Class is about developing a strong core and good posture to give you confidence in your body.
We work on conditioning from the inside out (pelvic floor, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks). You will gain muscle control with breath, flexibility, and body awareness. The aim is for overall body leaning and toning. This is an all around, all level class.

describe a typical day and/or week with regards to your work activities (including lifting, sitting, standing, computer work) and movement activities (what type(s) of exercise do you do, how often, etc.).
Please describe your current stress level, if any (we can dream, right?)
Please describe your relationship to your body—both how you’ve felt about and in it over time, and how you do now.
Please describe any health issues or concerns, such as injuries, illnesses, areas of tightness/discomfort, etc.

Cancellation Policy:
- 24hrs+ notice for cancellation is required to avoid penalties.
- 12h-24hrs notice: 50% of the class cost will be charged.
- Less than 12 hrs notice: full class cost will be charged.
