An intermediate level class to build fire in this summer season. Recorded in the days when I had no injuries this practice is designed to build TAPAS - roughly translated as your inner fire which ancient Vedic yogis believed was necessary to burn of impurities physically and spiritually. Genuine tapas makes us shine like the sun. Then we can be a source of warmth, comfort, and strength for others.
