The Yi Jin Jing or the Muscle Tendon Changing Classic was developed by the Shaolin Monks to help prepare their physical bodies for both meditation and movement. As it works with the stiffer 'woodier' tissues of the body, it is an ideal practice for Spring. This practice looks at the second half of the 12 forms.
