A winter vinyasa based on an Apam Namaskar (Water Salutation). A more vigorous yoga practice for Winter season.
A practice which focuses on the smooth flow from posture to posture to emulate the soft but inexorable flow of water. The Dao (the Path) is often compared to water. Like the virtues of water: stillness and softness are the foundation of the Dao. Both nourish everything yet cannot be exhausted (from Huainanzi, one of Daoism's earliest texts).
