In my heart-centred approach to teaching, I aim to create a space that honours the entirety of each individual’s unique human experience.

My teaching philosophy encourages each student to cultivate an introspective attitude, inviting you to experiment with postures while prioritising how the practice feels in your body over how it may look externally.

I welcome you at whatever stage of your yoga journey you are at to join me on the mat. In my classes, we will explore breathwork, movement and meditation to help bring peace and balance into your life.
