A slow and dynamic hour of movement where you will be invited to deeply drop into your body and feel free flowing. Claire will guide you through fluid movement, encouraging you to let go of all the chaos of your daily life and instead focus on the present moment, guided by the heart.
The gift of movement and listening to your body’s innate wisdom is what drives Claire’s yoga practice. The body knows what it needs, if you are willing to quiet the mind to listen and feel, a beautiful and energising ride awaits. Claire will gently guide you to this place, where you can let go and move with freedom. This class will incorporate a flow of dynamic asanas, involving balance, heart opening and strength. All asanas will be fluid movements meaning no long holds and a less traditional style of yoga. It will leave you feeling energised and nurtured.
