Welcome to Day 19! Today we start with the 4-7-8 breath. you start by inhaling through the nose for 4, then hold for 7, finally breath out the nose for 8 and repeat for up to 3 min. Its a fantastic breathing technique to clam the nervous system down, reduces anxiety and helps you get a better sleep.
