Yaaaahhh....We are here...Day 10... we are in double figures. Well done everyone. In this session we move and stretch our body to mobilise the spine. We finish off with Square Breath. Square breath also known as box breathing or Sama Vritti. Its an amazing breath to bring calm and focus to the mind and body.
