Yahhhh.... Its Day 1 of a 21 Day practice together. Spring is here and its time to build strength and flexibility. We start today with a gentle practice, strengthening the legs and stretching through the sides of the body.

Horse Stance (Liver)
Swaying Palm (Gallbladder Meridien)
Side Lunges (Liver & Gallblader)
