Day 9 Is Here! Its all about the eyes! In TCM the eyes are connected to the liver. When the liver is out of balance it can affect our eye sights and the ability to see the future. By moving our eyes around in a circle using 3,6,9 and 12 we can test our balance whilst strengthening our eyes.
