This practice is inspired by traditional vinyasa and creative movement. Find your edge in this practice that weaves mind, body and breath together in a dynamic way...a moving meditation. This is an accessible practice for most. options for modifications/advancements will be offered.
Some previous yoga experience is recommended.
--Please arrive 5-10min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance.
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present.
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
