Description

Known as Mat Pilates, this class is a full body-conditioning workout with specific movements performed on a mat with or without specific equipment (i.e., ring, block, ball, even light weights). This workout will help to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow movements and exercises promote lean and toned muscles and, in addition, help develop your abdomen, lower back, and glute strength, creating a strong body core.
