Whether you are new to strength training or actively incorporate weights into your current routine, come join us for a 30-minute full body workout to focus specifically on building strength thru resistance training.

The workout will target upper and lower body as well as abdominals thru a combination of exercises using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, elastic bands, weighted bars and more. This class is perfect for burning fat and burning calories and is for all fitness levels.
