PLEASE BOOK EACH INDIVIDUAL CLASS IN THE 4 WEEK "BLOCK". The system doesn’t book you in to all 4 classes automatically as you are buying a 4 class pass.

You are signing up to attend all 4 classes. The 4 classes are Monday's at 6.30pm for 60 mins.
This block is Nov 11th, 18th, 25th and Dec 2nd.
There are no refunds for the block or part thereof. Individual class credits don’t carry forward. Please contact me if you want to come but can't attend all 4 classes. We will work something out for you.
Welcome to our 4 week block of yoga classes designed specifically for beginners, returners, and improvers. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to get back into it, or seeking to enhance your existing practice, this block offers a comprehensive and rewarding experience.
During these 4 classes, you can expect to receive personal guidance as the class is capped to 9 students. By attending these classes, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Learn the Foundations: If you are new to yoga, this block will provide you with a solid foundation in the fundamental postures, breathing techniques, and alignment principles. You will gain confidence and understanding, setting you up for a successful yoga journey.
2. Reconnect with Yoga: For those who have taken a break from their practice, this block offers a chance to reignite your passion for yoga. You will have the opportunity to refresh your knowledge, reestablish your connection with your body and mind, and rediscover the joy of practicing yoga.
3. Enhance Your Skills: If you already have some experience with yoga, these classes will help you deepen your practice and refine your techniques.
4. Experience Physical and Mental Health Benefits: By attending these 4 classes, you can expect to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. Additionally, you will learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques that can help reduce stress, increase focus, and promote overall well-being.
5. Connect with a Community: Gimmie Yoga yoga classes provide a welcoming and supportive community where you can connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for yoga.
Whether you are a beginner, returner, or improver, we invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery, growth, and well-being.
Please bring your own mat and props such as blocks, tiles, bricks, blanket and a strap.
Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts to allow us to begin on time.

This is a Seasonal Yoga / Hatha Yoga class and is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, providing a well-rounded practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. This type of yoga class focuses on aligning the body, mind, and breath, promoting balance, strength, and relaxation. Each Season brings its unique energy and challenges, and a class adapts the practice to align with the changing seasons.
The class consists of a seated or standing warm up, standing poses / flow, slower floor based work and then a closing Shavasana. Shavasana is form of relaxation at the end of a class. We take this lying down on our back on the yoga mat.
Class benefits:
1. Physical Well-being: Regular participation in a yoga class can improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The practice of asanas (physical postures) helps to tone and stretch muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall physical fitness.
