What lead me to yoga was the genuine desire to live a more aligned life and to fill the gap on something that felt missing, which was connection to myself. During my classes I love guiding into somatic and energetic explorations in-order to focus attention inwards, creating a greater overall body-mind connection.  I focus on pranayama, kriyas, meditation and Yoga philosophy as a means for offering the true essence of yoga.
Description
Our weekly healing circle is a collective practice where we will engage in somatic activated healing, incorporating techniques like breathwork, affirmations, movement, and ecstatic dance. This approach is designed to release stagnant energies and facilitate emotional release.
