This is a closed group for women only, meaning that the group will remain the same, giving a community element to the classes.
The group runs in 4 week blocks, with a 1 week break between.
The fee is £64 per 4 week phase. If you cannot attend a class, we cannot refund you the fee, due to the closed nature of the group we are not able to fill your space on an ad-hoc basis.
Closed groups build a wonderful community feel & allow members to stay accountable for their practice. We can’t wait to get to know you & build this Tuesday space!
