A women’s only closed group, based upon therapeutic yoga, mental health & nervous system health.

At grow yoga, we believe that community is a piece of the healing process. This group hopes to connect you with community as well as healing practices, from our incredible Katie Sayles.

We work in 4 week phases, 4 weeks on, 1 week off, repeated through the year.

Closed groups cost £64 per phase ,(4 weeks). If you’d like to leave the group, please give us at least two weeks notice so that we can advertise the spot 💗
