Hello and welcome to the Happy Body Training!
This is training brings more ease and pleasure to your life! It is a powerful, interesting movement training with which you can learn to face the difficult moments of your life more creatively and freely.
In this training, you dissolve behavioral and thought patterns, which otherwise automatically occur in stressful moments of your life.
By dissolving restrictive, disturbing movement routines, you relieve your mind and thus often find new strategies with which you can face the challenges of everyday life 🤩.
The training is designed to teach you in a playful, dance-like way how to use your body as a precious resource in difficult moments.
It's exciting and fun on top of that.
Here sMove! (the movement training from the Grinberg Method) is combined with beautiful breathing and awareness exercises. This balances your body-mind system.
I look forward to our training together!
sMove! follows those four principles:
N. 1: every movement stops to the rhythm of the music.
N. 2: each movement starts new.
N. 3: each movement starts from the body, not from the mind
N. 4: make sure you breathe while moving.
For each song, I will give you a set of limitations in the movement in size, speed, and shape.
The training will take place via Zoom.
