Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle tension and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Physical effects: targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and improved circulation. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.
This class will end with sound journey using crystal singing bowls which they activate our parasympathetic nervous system, allow our body to restore and repair. Sound healing has been known to help with pain relief, stress and anxiety.
